工作内容/职位描述：
• Plans and implements formulation development work programmes within a defined scope
• Contributes to the design of formulations of new and existing active ingredients
• Works with team leader to define Formulation Development input into multi-functional project teams
• Engages directly with other functions to co-ordinate delivery of project outputs (e.g. glasshouse screening, analytical and biokinetics) with the support of a team leader
• Provides technical problem-solving support on formulation to interfacing functions (e.g. global supply, manufacturing, marketing and sales) with the support of a team leader
任职要求：
• First degree in Chemistry or broadly related discipline
• Relevant work experience in similar or related role, ideally 3 years or more, that includes some formal qualification or training
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
